Discretionary asset management
When you decide to entrust us to manage and grow your assets, you enter into a genuine partnership with your asset manager.
You open a banking relationship with a bank and grant Amgest Sa a discretionary mandate through the provision of a limited power of attorney.
This enables Amgest to make investments in your name on your bank account, and to be involved on a day-to-day basis in your portfolio, but not to dispose your assets or cash.
In collaboration with our specialists and partners who are major banks in Switzerland and/or abroad,we will work together to prepare a personalized management strategy in line with your objectives, your asset structure, and your risk tolerance.
Discretionary mandate portfolios are segregated, which means they are structured and managed individually in line with your specific investment objectives.
If you wish, Amgest Sa will perform a comprehensive analysis of your financial position,
taking into account all the components of your present estate and any changes you envisage in your future income (financial, industrial, real estate, and intangible assets, as well as liabilities).
We will then be in a position to offer you the best possible solutions for your investment needs. The expertise of Amgest Sa includes traditional business (core investments) as well as selected satellite investments. Active management is a clear focus in both areas and are given access to all available resourcers and providers.
